HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Send a verified deletion request by email.

To request deletion of your Qwadoo account, email [email protected] with the subject line Qwadoo Account Deletion Request.

What to include

  • The email address or login method used for your account.
  • Your user ID, player ID, or account ID if available.
  • The game name connected to the account.
  • A clear confirmation that you want the account deleted.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.

Data deleted

  • Account profile information associated with the account.
  • Login-related account records where deletion is permitted.
  • Game progress, preferences, and gameplay records linked to the account where applicable.

Data retained when required

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, tax, app store transaction reconciliation, or other legitimate operational reasons. Deleting an account may not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and normally process eligible requests within a reasonable period after verification. If we need more information, we will reply to the email address used for the request.
